Requests Within 48 Hours of Registration
Any refund request made within 48 hours of registration may be eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees applied by payment providers.
More Than 30 Days Before the Program
After the first 48 hours, and up to 30 days before the program date, the participant may request a refund, minus transaction fees and a 5% administrative fee.
Between 30 and 15 Days Before the Program
Between 30 and 15 days before the program date, no refund is granted. However, the amount paid may be converted into full credit toward a future Lucid Training program, valid for 1 year from the date of the request.
Less Than 15 Days Before the Program
Less than 15 days before the program date, no refund is granted.
Participant Absence
If the participant does not attend the program without prior notice accepted by Lucid Training, no refund is granted.
Substitution
The participant may request to transfer their place to another person, provided Lucid Training is informed before the program begins. Substitution is possible at no extra cost unless otherwise stated for specific programs.
Cancellation or Modification by Lucid Training
If Lucid Training cancels a program, affected participants may choose between a refund or full credit toward a future program.
Lucid Training reserves the right to modify the date, location, format, or content of a program when necessary. In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
Request Procedure
All refund, credit, or substitution requests must be sent in writing to [email protected].
The request should include the participant’s full name, the relevant program, registration date, reason for the request, and contact details.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed through the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
